As a child growing up in New York City, Justine’s parents introduced her to the world of real estate—bringing her along to one of their favorit pastimes: visiting open houses. Their passion for purchasing and developing both commercial and residential properties taught Justine the value of commitment, collaboration, and creativity, while sparking the entrepreneurial spirit that continues to drive her today.
Justine first applied that spirit in the fashion industry. While attending the Fashion Institute of Technology, she managed a large gift showroom in Manhattan and coordinated their participation in the International Gift Fair at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. After graduation, she built a successful career in luxury retail, serving as a Sales Manager for several elite department and specialty stores.
Even as her career evolved, Justine’s enthusiasm for real estate never waned. She earned her real estate license in 2004 and went on to manage a prominent residential brokerage in White Plains, NY. In 2017, she achieved the coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, and in 2023, added the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) credential to her expertise.
In 2019, Justine took her entrepreneurial drive and love of helping people to the next level, launching Chic Living Homes, now proudly affiliated with Houlihan Lawrence. Guided by her vision and core values, she has built a reputation for exceptional service—helping buyers and sellers across Westchester County and Fairfield County, Connecticut with professionalism, insight, and genuine care.
Having bought and sold many homes throughout the region, Justine has developed a deep passion for home improvement projects and design. She is a volunteer at Adopt-A-Dog in Armonk, NY, whose mission is to save, socialize, and secure loving homes for unwanted or abandoned dogs, and also volunteers with SNARR, an organization devoted to rescuing special needs animals and giving them a second chance at life. Justine and Houlihan Lawrence proudly support community initiatives throughout Westchester County. Her husband is a volunteer firefighter in the town of Somers, where they live with their daughter, who attends the University of Miami.
